I-40 from Raleigh: Take exit 312 and turn left at top of ramp on to NC 42. Auction will be about one mile on NC 42.

From US 70 Bypass, take exit 320 . Turn on to NC 42 West and auction will be about two miles down on NC 42. Watch for auction signs.

 HTR AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Reserve Auction.

2. A 5% “Buyer’s Premium” will be added to the successful bidder’s high bid and will be included in the total purchase price.

3. CONDITIONS:  The property will be sold “As Is” and “With All Faults” if any. All announcements made by the auctioneer at the auction will take precedence over any previous printed material or any oral statements.

4. TERMS: The SUCCESSFUL HIGH BIDDER will have to pay a $25,000 non-refundable deposit. This will give bidder a 120-day due diligence period.

5. OWNER FINANCING IS AVAILABLE with 10% down with a two-year call. Six (6) percent (%) interest with interest only payments based on a 15-year amortization schedule (monthly payments.)

6. In the event of default of payment, all engineering and soil testing will be delivered to the seller at NO COST.
