Public Schools

The Town of Clayton is served by fast-growing and highly-rated Johnston County Public Schools. Eight public elementary schools and four public middle schools specifically serve the town, as well as Clayton High School and Corinth Holders High School, though some students may be zoned to other JCPS schools. Students also have great options for alternative education, like Johnston County Charter Academy and Neuse Charter School (in nearby Smithfield).
