At HTR, our local knowledge is unmatched. HomeTowne Realty was founded by locals whose roots run deep. Barry Woodard & James Lipscomb were raised in the Clayton community where hard work and community involvement were instilled in them from a young age. They combined forces in 2001 to start HomeTowne Realty and share their passion for the area by helping others buy & sell homes. No one knows the area better than our team of HomeTowne agents who are trained and specialized in the communities we serve.

The Eastern NC area is located just an hour from the Crystal Coast or an hour to Raleigh, making it very convenient for those who commute to Raleigh or Goldsboro.
